Here we inform you about current developments surrounding the AEM-Speedport project.
Am 25.11.2025 kamen die Projektpartner von AEM-Speedport am DLR-Standort in Braunschweig zu einem Konsortialtreffen zusammen. Ziel des Treffens war es, den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand zu diskutieren, zentrale Erkenntnisse miteinander zu teilen und die nächsten Schritte im Projekt abzustimmen.

The Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV) is funding the AEM-Speedport project in East Westphalia with a double-digit million amount. The use of autonomous vehicles is intended to make the operation of Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport future-oriented.
Together we gave the starting signal for the AEM-Speedport project on August 27th and initiated the first phase with a motivated team at Paderborn Airport.
